What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. Share the product codes, colors and required quantities so the allocation can be confirmed in your quotation.
What is the sample quantity?
The sample quantity is 20 pieces for each color and design. Sample pricing, production timing and freight are quoted separately.
How do I request a quotation?
Send the product codes, quantity by color and design, delivery country, destination postal code and any labeling or packaging requirements. The quotation will confirm the agreed specification and commercial terms.
Are catalogue prices fixed?
Pricing is provided by quotation for the selected specification and quantity. Currency, freight, taxes, duties and quotation validity are stated in the offer.
Can I request a different color or private label?
Share the requested color, logo artwork, placement and packaging brief for feasibility review. Availability, tooling, costs and order conditions are confirmed in the quotation.
What is the production lead time?
Production timing is confirmed for the selected products and quantity after specification review. Sample and bulk schedules are quoted separately.
What material is listed?
The catalogue material is top grain leather. Request the product-specific finish, lining and hardware specification for your selected model. Natural grain and shade variation may occur.
How are international orders shipped?
Shipping method, delivery location and trade terms are agreed in the quotation. Freight, import duties and destination requirements should be confirmed before the order is placed.
What are the payment terms?
Payment schedule, accepted currency and payment method are confirmed in the written quotation or pro forma invoice.
How is the final product specification agreed?
Review the model, colors, measurements, construction, branding and packaging against the sample and written specification before confirming bulk production.
How should the leather be cared for?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged moisture, direct heat and harsh cleaners. Test any suitable leather-care product on a concealed area before use.
Will every piece look exactly the same?
Leather can show natural differences in grain, texture and shade. Agree the acceptable finish and variation against the approved sample.
How are shortages or quality concerns handled?
Report the affected product code, quantity and photographs promptly. Inspection, claim timelines and remedies are governed by the agreed order terms.
